Pouch Making

A CPP film with a lower melting point than other materials is melted in a high-temperature sealing bar and various forms (flat, standing, zipper, spout, tomson, etc.) and sized pouches are being produced based on the customer’s requirements.
During pouch making process, we are checking the heat seal & tensile strength including elongation at break by using UTM(Universal Testing Machine) and checking burst strength and compressive strength too.
And we use penetrating liquid to check for the microleak to ensure pouch stability.
We are also use a Gas Chromatography to check residual solvents to ensure they are managed below the baseline(HACCP) and provide the test results to the customer.
